Every resident in the community of Hidden Valley is encouraged to join the Hidden Valley Community Association Charlotte (HVCAC). Membership in the HVCAC shall be obtained by paying annual dues as set by the HVCAC.  Businesses, churches, non-residents and other institutions may join the HVCAC in the capacity of Associate member. 

Why Join the Hidden Valley Community Association Charlotte?

  • Hidden Valley needs one voice with solidarity and unity to work on the improvement(s) needed in our community.

  • To join in the advocation, education, enhancement and promotion of a safe, well-maintained neighborhood for its residents. 

  • Access to resources such as home repairs, laptops, assistance with taxes, over the counter meds, vegetables and food available for the community. 

  • To help maintain a welcoming entrance way into our community. 

  • Partnerships with local organizations and city departments to help provide resources and a great place to live. 

  • To be notified of various events and resources available to residents and local supporters.

The Hidden Valley Community Association Charlotte meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.  Meetings are held at Parkwood Institutional CME (802 Tom Hunter Rd). Once you become a member of the Hidden Valley Community Association, your annual membership fee will be used to pay maintenance at each entrance way to our neighborhood, community events and the annual membership appreciation dinner.  It is also used to pay for lights, water, office supplies, food for annual holiday events and other necessary expenses for the association fees will cover one year from the date of joining.
