Every resident in the community of Hidden Valley is encouraged to join the Hidden Valley Community Association Charlotte (HVCAC). Membership in the HVCAC shall be obtained by paying annual dues as set by the HVCAC. Businesses, churches, non-residents and other institutions may join the HVCAC in the capacity of Associate member.

Hidden Valley needs one voice with solidarity and unity to work on the improvement(s) needed in our community.
To join in the advocation, education, enhancement and promotion of a safe, well-maintained neighborhood for its residents.
Access to resources such as home repairs, laptops, assistance with taxes, over the counter meds, vegetables and food available for the community.
To help maintain a welcoming entrance way into our community.
Partnerships with local organizations and city departments to help provide resources and a great place to live.
To be notified of various events and resources available to residents and local supporters.

Please note that membership dues have increased for 2026. This increase is in efforts to eliminate the need for fundraisers throughout the year.

This payment option is available only to CURRENT July-December members for the 2025 year. Any assigned membership renewal month before July will be sent an invoice for the remaining $25 automatically.

The Hidden Valley Community Association Charlotte meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. Meetings are held at Parkwood Institutional CME (802 Tom Hunter Rd).
